Positive workplace cultures are thought to increase productivity and enhance employees’ satisfaction. However, certain workplaces may cause stresses particularly if the employees feel insecure in the workplace. How healthy employees may view their workplaces may depend on the nature of the work, the organizational and managerial climate, the workforce's skills and expertise, and the availability of resources to help workers complete their tasks.
